REC: Kripalu Yoga Classes for Adults

Explore yoga or deepen your practice through Kripalu Yoga: “the yoga of compassion.” In a quietly supportive environment, beginners are guided through postures and breathing techniques that release stress and improve strength, flexibility and balance. Experienced students can refine asana by participating in gentle classes or can enjoy “meditation in motion” through classes focussing on vinyasa. The program is directed by Rhonda Woodward, Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, who has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years.
