The PACT Committee is an appointed group of individuals who represent Public & Government Access Television, CTV-21, Educational Television, CEVT-22, and residents, formerly known as the Cable Negotiations Committee (ad hoc). Chester is also a member of the New Hampshire Coalition for Community Media (NHCCM), which is a statewide non-profit organization formed for the purpose of supporting and fostering Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) access television in the State of New Hampshire.
