The Board meets and holds public hearings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (unless otherwise noted) in the Meeting Room at the Municipal Building beginning at 7:00 P.M.
- Chester’s Zoning Ordinance requires a Building Permit before beginning any construction, alteration, repair (other than ordinary maintenance) or replacement of a structure on a lot.
