Wildlife Photo Contest - November 15th, 2020

Sleeping Baby Racoon

If you love taking pictures of the wildlife around, please consider sending in an entry or more to our wildlife photo contest. Entries can include mammals, birds, insects, amphibians and reptiles. This is an amateur contest and will be judged on many different factors, with possible categories for the winners. We encourage youth and junior photos as well. Please consider sending in any comments about your pictures too, perhaps what drew you to that specific animal, insect, bird, or some information about the subject.

To enter you must be a resident of Chester, NH, and the photo must have been taken in Chester. When you enter a photo you are consenting and agreeing to allow us to post the photo on our social media and perhaps use the photo in a calendar. In addition, winner photos may be printed and posted in Town buildings for a period of time. Each photo posted will be referenced with the name of the entrant. If uncomfortable with full name, first name and last initial will be used. Under 18 year old names with entries will be posted at the discretion of parent or guardian.

Small prizes will be awarded to the winners. If there are any Chester businesses willing to donate to a prize, we welcome the help and your donation will be appreciated and noted.

Deadline for entry is midnight November 15th.
Please send your entry either via private messaging our FB page or send to conservationcommission@chesternh.org
