"MOVE IT OR LOSE IT"
WHAT: Get stronger, increase your flexibility and mobility and improve your balance in your living room. Join Exercise Physiologist Kim Cremin for a functional movement based workout using Zoom as the platform for the on-line class. You don't have to have any special equipment, just some household items.
WHEN: Tuesdays & Fridays starting April 3 and ending when the "social distancing/ self-quarantine" recommendations are lifted
HOW TO JOIN: Email Kim at kacremin1@gmail.com and she will send you a link inviting you to join her class.
COST: Class is free to Chester residents over age 55
