Halloween 2014 will take place on Friday, October 31st, 2014 from 6pm – 8pm. All parking will be in the parking lot of the former Chester College property at 40 Chester Street. Candy will not be collected at the Municipal Complex. Candy donations should be brought to the Chester Public Library, Chester Academy, Chester General Store, Your Variety, and/or Bittersweet Blessings.
