Town Administrator Working Group - Second Meeting

At the first meeting of the Town Administrator Working Group, the following was drafted as a Mission Statement:

"To develop a job description for the position of Town Administrator and clearly identify who is currently responsible for each of these proposed functions (if anyone). The job description will include a scope of responsibilities and authority agreed upon by the Board of Selectmen. A recommendation will then be made by the working group to the Board of Selectmen and Legislative body as a result of this analysis."
