The Town Administrator (TA) is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Board of Selectmen (BOS), serving at the discretion of the BOS. The TA is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of all Town department heads. The TA establishes an effective working relationship and communication with commissions, committees, departments, appointed officials and elected officials. The TA exercises independent judgement, conducting business with operational independence within the established policies. All daily activities in the town offices and town departments are overseen by this official.
