The Town Administrator (TA) will be the Chief Administrative Officer for the Board of Selectmen (BOS), serving at the discretion of the BOS. The TA will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of all town department heads. The TA will establish an effective working relationship and communication with commissions, committees, departments, appointed officials and elected officials. The TA will then exercise independent judgement, conducting business with operational independence within the established policies. All daily activities in the town offices and town departments will be overseen by this official.
