Notices of Public Hearings

The Chester Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at 7:15 P.M. in the Meeting Room at the Municipal Office Building, 84 Chester Street to act on the following:

1.  Subdivision application by the MacLean Family Revocable Trust; Cheryl MacLean-Smith, Trustee, 82 Pulpit Rock Road, Chester, NH 03036, for a 1-lot subdivision located at 82 Pulpit Rock Road in Chester, NH (Map 2, Lot 82).

These documents can be viewed online (click here), or during regular business hours in the Planning Board’s Office and the Town Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Office Building.  Questions and/or comments should be directed to the Planning Board Office.

The meeting will also be broadcast live on Channel 6, and available on the Town's cable TV streaming service - go to http://www.vod.chesterctv.com and click "Watch Now", or click on the desired pre-recorded meeting.

The Chester Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at 7:15 P.M. in the Meeting Room at the Municipal Office Building, 84 Chester Street to act on the following:

1.  To hold a public hearing requested by Eversource Energy, to trim brush and remove trees adjacent to and beneath power lines on Hanson Road, a designated Scenic Road, pursuant to the requirements set by RSA 231:158.
