BOOT CAMP - All Levels Boot Camp classes are a great workout for all ages and fitness levels.  Class Schedule:  Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM.

SENIOR WELLNESS - Move It or Lose It is offered free to Chester Seniors.  Class Schedule:  Tuesday/Thursday at 10:00 AM.

YOGA - Kripalu Yoga classes range from All Levels to Gentle Yoga.  Class Schedule:  Monday at 5:30 PM / Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
