CLASS DESCRIPTION

In this class, we will be using body weight exercises, as well as a variety of training equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, resistance bands, etc.), to accomplish our fitness goals. This is NOT a power lifting class. In addition to strength training, the class will conclude with an extended stretch segment, to improve flexibility.

This class will be limited to 12 participants, in order to provide more individualized attention. There will be no drop-in classes. We ask that each participant sign up for the full six week session.

WEDNESDAYS @ 4:15 PM OR 5:15 PM

April 24 - June 5 (No class May 15)

$60 per six week session

$10 discount if currently enrolled in Boot Camp
