Connect over the global phenomenon that is bubble tea! Learn all about traditional bubble tea, its variations and toppings, and how it’s grown in popularity. Learn how to assemble the perfect bubble tea and enjoy some with friends on the patio. All materials will be provided by the library. This event is organized by our Teen Advisory Board.
