9 Copies Should be Submitted

If you intend to submit copies of Plans or other records to the Board with your application, please provide nine (9) copies of each document to the Administrative Assistant prior to the submission deadline so that each sitting Board Member, 5 regular and 3 alternates have a copy and there is one for your file.

During the COVID pandemic/outbreak period of Emergency meetings will be conducted online.  It is essential that a pdf of the planset be provided with your application and the presenter of the application must be able to display that electronically during the meeting for the public to view.  If for some reason that is not possible, then please provide proof that each abutter was provided a copy of the planset by you, prior to the meeting.
