Earth Day

Earth Day takes place on April 22nd each year. People around the globe celebrate the holiday by participating in activities and events to help protect, preserve, and improve the planet we all share.

This weekend, there are a few ways you can help keep our community clean.  The first thing you can do is start right in your neighborhood, by walking and picking up trash that you see lying around on the ground.  Let’s all pull together to help pick up trash, recycle, and clean communal areas.

There is no better way to get back in touch with the Earth’s rhythms than to actually go outdoors and experience its many wonders. This Earth Day, why not take a hike or go for a bike ride? Maybe even go kayaking? The point is, get outdoors, breathe the air, feel the sun on your cheeks and absorb some vitamin D.
