Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are held in the Recreation Activities Room located behind the Police Department.  

Our new sessions will begin the first week in March and includes FITNESS KICKBOXING on Tuesdays, BOOT CAMP on Wednesdays, and YOGA on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  

All fitness programs are offered on a program session rate and a drop in rate per class. Check out our Activities & Programs Page for more information.
