ATTENTION RESIDENTS: Due to the COVID-19 (Corona) Virus all town owned buildings are closed to the public at this time. The Town Clerk's office will continue to process registrations, tax payments, dog licenses, vital records, etc., and will rely on your cooperation to do so.
You can conduct transactions via USPS, online through E-Registrations, or by dropping your required paperwork & payment in the black drop box outside the Town Hall's front doors. An exterior access window has been installed but will only be used on a case by case basis for transactions that cannot be handled by the methods stated above. Please use the tools provided to you on our webpage to assist with your questions prior to calling. The Special Forms and Help Guides link is very useful. The Forms Library link contains many DMV forms. If you are still unable to find what you are looking for please call to discuss your situation with Liz or Barbara.
IMPORTANT! Sign up for email notifications for our office and "like" our page on Facebook (Chester NH Town Clerk's Page) for important updates.
