We are pleased to announce the winner of Chester's 1st Annual Top Dog Competition!
Meet Pepper V.!
Pepper is a 2 year old Bassett Hound Mix who loves to watch squirrels and his favorite treat is Peanut Butter! Pepper's picture will be proudly displayed in the Town Clerk's office, he will receive the 1st dog tag of 2021, be the face of Chester's dog licensing material, and has won a fabulous basket of treats, toys, and goodies!
